FAQ

Q: Can I initiate a departure for an employee still in their notice period? Yes. You can create the case as soon as the departure is notified and plan the steps over the notice period duration.

Q: Is the OHADA calculation always accurate? The calculation is based on the salary parameters recorded in the system. Verify that the employee's profile is up to date before finalising the settlement.

Q: How do I export the turnover report? From /dashboard/offboarding/analytics, use the Export button to download the report in PDF or Excel.

Warning

The final settlement must be verified by the HR Administrator before any signature. Make sure all salary advances are deducted.
