Monthly Objectives — OKR Tracking

The Monthly Objectives module lets you define, track and evaluate strategic objectives for each department using an OKR format adapted to your context.

Access

Route: /dashboard/lean/objectives
Roles: Admin, Manager, Supervisor
Module: Operational Excellence (Lean)

Features

List View

Displays all objectives for the month with filters by:

  • Status: Not started, In progress, Overdue, Completed, Cancelled
  • Priority: P0 (Critical), P1 (High), P2 (Normal), P3 (Low)
  • Responsible department
  • Assignee: Employee in charge

Gantt Chart

Monthly grid showing:

  • Progress (%) of each objective per week
  • Colour-coded: green = completed, yellow = in progress, red = overdue, grey = not started
  • Updated by clicking directly on the grid

Dashboard

Consolidated KPIs:

  • Overall and per-department completion rate
  • Overdue objectives requiring action
  • Monthly trend (vs. previous month)
  • Top departments by performance

Workflow

  1. Creation: The Manager defines monthly objectives with priority and target date
  2. Tracking: Assignees update the completion percentage
  3. Review: Management summary for presentation at leadership meetings
  4. Closure: Validation of completed objectives with proof (evidence_url)

Integration

  • ChatERP: The chatbot accesses objective data for contextual responses
  • PDCA: Strategic objectives break down into operational PDCA tasks
  • Analytics: KPIs feed the global Analytics dashboard
