Main Workflows

Create a Case with AI Recommendation

  1. From the Lean dashboard, click New Case
  2. Describe the problem or objective
  3. The AI methodology recommender analyses your description and suggests the most suitable tool (PDCA, 8D, QRQC, etc.)
  4. Confirm the recommendation or choose manually
  5. The case is created with the selected methodology template
AI Recommendation

The AI bases its recommendation on the nature of the problem (quality, safety, process, strategy) and its complexity. You can always change the methodology after creation.

PDCA — 4-Phase Cycle

Each PDCA case follows 4 sequential phases:

Kanban — Visual Boards

BSC — Balanced Scorecard

  • Visual alerts when a process drifts
