Dashboard CEO / Admin
The dashboard is your main entry point. It gives you a complete overview of all activity.
Overview
After logging in, you land directly on the dashboard, which displays:
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
| Indicator | Description |

| Employees | Total number of active employees (currently ~40) |
| Operations | Number of plantation operations in progress |
| Revenue | Total amount of financial transactions |
| Training | Number of training sessions recorded |
Analytics Cards
- Unified Dashboard — Complete view of HR analytics, operations, salaries and performance
- Analytics Dashboard — Detailed statistics and reports
- Training Analytics — Training trends and statistics
- Finance & Cash Flow — Revenue, expenses and balance
Rankings
- Top 5 Employees — Best-performing employees of the month
- Top 5 Work Areas — Most active plots with their total cost
Charts
- Payroll Cost Trend — Monthly trend of salary expenditure
- Leave Distribution — Breakdown by leave type
Navigation
Use the left sidebar to navigate between modules:
- Click a section to expand it
- Click a sub-menu item to go to that page
- Use the hamburger button (☰) in the top left to collapse the menu
Shortcut
Press K to open the quick search bar and jump directly to any module.
Data Import
The "Import Data" button in the top right of the dashboard allows you to import Excel files from Google Drive. See the import guide for details.
