Daily Oil Stock

The daily tracking of oil entries and exits is fed from field forms:

  • Entries: Day's production (drums and jerry cans)
  • Exits: Sales and transfers (e.g. sale to Mr. Yameni)
  • Stock: Automatic balance calculation (drums + jerry cans)
  • Source: CamScanner forms via WhatsApp (FOFAL_Technique)

Harvest Transport

Tracking of bunch transport from plots to the mill:

  • Origin plot (Zone A-Z)
  • Number of bunches and estimated weight
  • Date and responsible person

Operations Costs
