Daily Oil Stock
The daily tracking of oil entries and exits is fed from field forms:
- Entries: Day's production (drums and jerry cans)
- Exits: Sales and transfers (e.g. sale to Mr. Yameni)
- Stock: Automatic balance calculation (drums + jerry cans)
- Source: CamScanner forms via WhatsApp (FOFAL_Technique)
Harvest Transport
Tracking of bunch transport from plots to the mill:
- Origin plot (Zone A-Z)
- Number of bunches and estimated weight
- Date and responsible person
