Available Indicators​

Employee Overview​

  • Total headcount: Active / inactive breakdown
  • By department: Employee count per team
  • Tenure: Distribution by years of service
  • Turnover rate: New hires and departures over the period

Performance​

  • Evaluations: Number of completed reviews
  • Average score: Mean score out of 5
  • Distribution: Breakdown of scores by range

Leave​

  • Global balance: Remaining leave days per employee
  • By type: Annual, sick, maternity leave, etc.
  • Utilisation rate: Percentage of days consumed

Filters​

Use the filters at the top of the page to refine the data:

  • Period: Select a month or date range
  • Department: Filter by team
  • Status: Active, inactive or all

Export​

Click the PDF or Excel icon to export reports.
