Overview

The employee list displays all staff registered in the system.

Search and Filters

Use the search bar at the top to quickly find an employee:

  • By name: Type the first or last name
  • By department: Filter by team
  • By status: Active, Inactive, Suspended
  • By role: Admin, HR Administrator, Manager, Supervisor, Employee

Viewing an Employee

Click on a row to open the full record:

  • Personal information: Name, date of birth, contact
  • Professional information: Position, department, assigned plot, hire date
  • Documents: Contract, ID, certificates
  • History: Leave, training, evaluations

Creating an Employee

  1. Click + New Employee
  2. Fill in the required fields:
    • First and last name
    • Email (optional)
    • Department
    • Position
    • Hire date
    • Work plot
  3. Click Save
Tip

Always assign a work plot to the employee to make field operation tracking easier.

Editing an Employee

  1. Open the employee's record
  2. Click Edit
  3. Make your changes
  4. Click Save

Employee Statuses

StatusDescription
ActiveCurrently employed, appears in selectors
InactiveFormer employee, kept for historical records
SuspendedTemporarily removed from active duty
Important

Only Active employees appear in entry forms (daily work, payroll, leave).
