Leave Types

Viewing Requests

The table shows all requests with:

  • Employee: Requester's name
  • Type: Leave category
  • Dates: Start and end of the period
  • Duration: Number of days requested
  • Status: Pending, Approved, Rejected

Filter by Status

Use the tabs at the top of the table:

  • All: All requests
  • Pending: Requests to process
  • Approved: Validated requests
  • Rejected: Refused requests

Approving a Request

  1. Click on a Pending request
  2. Check the employee's leave balance
  3. Check for overlaps with other absences
  4. Click Approve or Reject
  5. Add a comment if needed (required when rejecting)
Tip

Always check the team schedule before approving leave to avoid understaffing.

Creating a Request (on behalf of an employee)

  1. Click + New Request
  2. Select the employee
  3. Choose the leave type
  4. Enter the start and end dates
  5. Add a reason if needed
  6. Click Submit
