OCR Capture​

Route: /field-forms/capture

OCR capture lets you digitise paper field forms:

  1. Click OCR Capture
  2. Take a photo of the form or import an image
  3. The system automatically analyses the content
  4. Review and correct the extracted data if needed
  5. Click Save

Creating a Form​

Route: /field-forms/new

  1. Enter the form type
  2. Fill in the required fields
  3. Link to an employee and a plot
  4. Click Save

Viewing a Form​

Click on a form in the list to see:

  • Captured data: Fields and values
  • Source image: Original photo of the form
  • History: Modifications and validations
Tip

Use OCR capture for paper daily work forms — the data will automatically be suggested for import into the daily work module.
