Viewing a Training Session
Click on a training session to see the details:
- General information: Title, description, trainer
- Participants: List of registered employees with completion status
- Documents: Training materials, certificates
- Evaluations: Scores and participant feedback
Training Analytics

Dedicated dashboard for training statistics:

Schedule field safety training at the start of the season (March-April) to prepare teams for the harvest campaign.

The built-in learning centre provides a complete self-directed learning system.

4 paths tailored to each role:

Each lesson can be one of:
- Video: Tutorial with narration
- Guide: Step-by-step text documentation
- Practice: Exercise to complete in the application
Progress is saved automatically. A completion badge appears when all lessons in a path are finished.
Assessments & Quizzes
Test your knowledge with interactive quizzes:
- Select a quiz matching your path
- Answer multiple-choice questions (4-6 questions)
- View your score and detailed corrections
- Pass threshold: 70% minimum
Certificates
After passing a quiz (≥ 70%), a Kaltiv certificate is generated:
- Participant name
- Completed path
- Score achieved
- Certification date
- Printable via the "Print Certificate" button
