Restricted Access

Only users with the Admin or HR Administrator role can access settings.

Configuration Sections

Company Information

• Name: Company name
• Address: Physical location
• Phone, Email: Contact details
• Tax ID, Registration: Legal and fiscal information
• Logo: Company logo

Banking Information

• Bank: Institution name
• Account number: Primary account
• Bank details: Account identity statement

Modules

Enable or disable modules as needed:

Module	Description
Employees	Human resources management
Payroll	Salary calculations and payslips
Leave	Requests and approvals
Operations	Plantation operations
Inventory	Stock management
Accounting	Financial tracking

Users

Manage user accounts and roles:

• Create a new user
• Change an existing user's role
• Deactivate an account

Security

• Two-factor authentication (2FA): TOTP + backup codes + WebAuthn/Passkey
• Login history: Complete audit log
• Active sessions: Max 3 simultaneous sessions, remote logout
• Password policy: Min 12 characters, HIBP breach check, 5-password history
• Lockout: 5 failed attempts → 15-minute lockout

API Keys

Manage access keys for integrating Kaltiv with third-party tools:

• Create keys with specific scopes (permissions)
• Configure request rate limits per minute
• Revoke compromised keys
• View usage history

Data Residency

• Country selection (Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, EU)
• GDPR compliance, Cameroonian Law 2024/017, Malabo Convention
• Per-employee consent management
• Sub-processor register with DPA tracking

Offline Mode

• Enable/disable PWA mode
• Pre-load ML models for offline use
• View cache storage usage
• Clear the data cache
