Supervisor Scorecard

The Supervisor Scorecard is a daily performance evaluation dashboard that tracks field supervisor performance through measurable deliverables.

Overview

The scorecard has 3 main tabs:

Calendar Tab

Monthly grid showing a daily score per supervisor:

  • Green: score >= 80% — satisfactory performance
  • Yellow: 50-79% — performance needs improvement
  • Red: < 50% — insufficient performance
  • Grey: no data (non-working day or not recorded)

KPIs Tab

Progress bars showing:

  • Overall completion rate (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Average score for the selected period
  • Trend vs. previous month

Rankings Tab

Supervisors ranked by average score:

  • Name, position and score
  • Comparison between supervisors in the same area

Deliverables

Deliverables are the measurable tasks expected of each supervisor:

Each deliverable can be:

  • Automatically detected by the system (e.g. entering daily work = "Check-in" deliverable validated)
  • Manually entered by the manager with proof (photo, document)
  • Revised with a justification note

Filters

  • Supervisor: Individual selection or global view
  • Period: Month/year
  • Deliverable type: Daily, weekly, monthly

Tips

  • Review the rankings every Monday in team meetings
  • Use photographic evidence to make evaluations objective
  • Scores inform HR decisions (bonuses, promotions, training)
