FFB Deliveries

The Deliveries module manages the complete workflow for delivering Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) from the plantation to the mill.

Overview

The main page displays:

• Statistics: Active deliveries, in transit, completed this month
• Filterable list by status, plot, vehicle and period
• "New Delivery" button to start a workflow

6-Step Workflow

Each delivery follows a sequential 6-step process:

1. Preparation	Harvest organisation	Plot, number of bunches, drums
2. Departure weighing	Weigh-bridge at the plantation	Gross departure weight (kg)
3. In transit	Transport to the mill	Vehicle, driver, departure time
4. Arrival weighing	Weigh-bridge at the mill	Gross arrival weight (kg)
5. Validation	Quality control and weight check	Weight variance, observations
6. Completed	Delivery closed	Final confirmation

Advancing Through Steps

For each step, the supervisor can:

• Complete the step by clicking the validation button
• Add photos as evidence (camera icon)
• Enter step-specific data (weight, observations)

The next step unlocks automatically after the previous one is validated.

Creating a Delivery

1. Click "New Delivery"
2. Select the origin plot
3. Enter the vehicle and driver
4. Indicate the number of bunches and drums
5. Confirm — the Preparation step is automatically created

Weight Variance Calculation

The system automatically calculates:

• Weight variance = Departure weight - Arrival weight
• Loss rate = Variance / Departure weight × 100
• A variance above the configurable threshold triggers an alert

Tips

• Take photos at each weighing for traceability
• Make sure the vehicle is correctly identified before transit
• Completed deliveries automatically feed production reports
