- By plot: Select a specific area
- By status: Planned, In progress, Completed
- By period: Start and end date
- By category: Operation type
Creating an Operation
- Click + New Operation
- Fill in the details:
- Plot: Plantation area
- Operation type: Select from the catalogue
- Planned date: Scheduled date
- Assigned employees: Field team
- Estimated budget: Projected cost
- Notes: Special instructions
- Click Save
Plantation Plots
The 28 plots are identified by letters:

Note
Only plots with an active code appear in selectors. Plots without a code are automatically excluded.
Cost Tracking
Each operation shows:
- Estimated budget: Amount planned before execution
- Actual cost: Amount incurred after completion
- Variance: Difference between estimate and actual
- Labour: Cost of employees mobilised
